Freezing Keller’s Fudge

Freezing:

• If you can, keep them in the original plastic shell packaging.
• Place them in a airtight freezer bag.

Thawing:

• Remove the fudge from the freezer bag and plastic packaging.
• For best results, let it thaw slowly in the refrigerator – up to four hours.
  (Thawing at room temperature can result in uneven thawing, with some
  parts becoming too soft.)
