As fall is officially in full swing so is our orchard – bursting with a wide variety of apples.

As we enter the height of our apple season, there are many new apple varieties in our orchard that are ripe and ready to be picked. Say hello to Jonaprince! It’s the bold, crisp cousin of the classic Jonagold. Then there’s Ambrosia, a naturally sweet apple. So sweet in fact, it’s dessert in apple form. And finally, CrimsonCrisp— a deep red, super crisp and bold apple that tastes like fall in every bite.

Flavors abound this week and we’re feeling the seasonal shift as Cortland, Golden Delicious, and Red Delicious join the party. Each one brings its own flavor, texture, and charm:
