Celebrating Summer With Sunflowers

You can’t help but smile when you’re surrounded by sunflowers. And why not?! Throughout their existence (which dates back to 3,000 BC), sunflowers have been thought to represent happiness, long life, optimism, resilience, and all things positive. We love their cheery, sunny faces. 😁🌻🌞

Our Sunflower Field is open on the following weekends only, August 17-18 and August 24-25. Hours are 9am-4:30pm, with the last entry at 3:30pm.

To walk throughout our towering blooms, click here for tickets and more information. Your ticket grants you entrance to the Sunflower Field and its delightful photo-ops, one sunflower bloom for you to cut and take home, and access to our three-acre Farmland play area.

Did you know that the tallest sunflower on record was 30 (THIRTY!) feet tall? You may not find one that tall in our Sunflower Field…but who knows!

Even though the calendar says that it’s back-to-school time, we are not giving up on summer! When you visit Keller’s Farmstand in Oswego, you will also enjoy the BEST sweet corn, U-pick early apples, and a bouquet from the Cut Flower Field (*To enter the Cut Flower Field, first stop in the Farmstand to purchase a jar for your bouquet).

Enjoy the remaining weeks of a beautiful summer, starting with a visit to the Sunflower Field this weekend. See you soon!

*If there is recent rain, the Sunflower Field may be sticky or muddy. Please bring appropriate footwear!*
